About the event

You asked and we answered: thank you for those that participated in our diver survey! In celebration of invasive species awareness week, we will be doing a conservation talk on Quagga Mussel on Tuesday, February 27th at 7:00PM. This talk will discuss how quagga and zebra mussels were introduced to our waterways, the biological advantages that make them a threat to our ecosystems, and steps we are taking to mitigate the spread of this harmful species. You can also learn more about participating in our Quagga/Zebra Mussel Tracking and Mitigation Project!
